We all know anxiety through our experience. Occasional anxiety is a normal phenomenon. We all feel anxious when something happens to us or our loved ones. This is genuine concern and it is necessary.
But when our mind and heart begins to worry extremely then everything starts to fall apart. I have been through such panic attacks.
In the past, I met very godly people. I enjoyed their company and would try to hang out with them more often. Some of them were overprotective of me. As per their past experiences they never wanted me to get into similar mistakes which they committed.
As I was progressing in my life, I encountered similar natural desires which everyone else has had. My godly friends expressed their displeasure and this broke my heart.
I began to experience anxiety attacks. I tried to get their approval and I got it to some extent but I had lost my confidence. This effect remained for a long time. Over the time God healed my anxiety.
To anxious Heart
Now I would like to address to all those people with anxious Heart. Please read the scripture quote from the Holy Bible.
Isaiah 35:4 Say to those with anxious heart, “Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; The recompense of God will come, But He will save you.”
God spoke with Isaiah. He sent message to people with anxiety. Take courage and fear not.
Message for you
I am not sure of the condition of your heart. Are you having anxious Heart? If yes, then this is the message for you. God is directly addressing you. He wants you to take courage and don’t be afraid.
The opposite of anxious Heart is cheerful heart.
Proverbs 15:13 A joyful heart makes a cheerful face, But when the heart is sad, the spirit is broken.
I am praying that you will have a joyful heart and cheerful face.
John 16:33 These things I (Jesus) have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”
So take courage and get going. Have a joyful day and cheerful face.
