Loving๐Ÿ’• the unlovable๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’˜ ๐Ÿ˜€

Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ friends. This is Bible blogger at your service. ๐Ÿ™‡

Strange title

I hope everything is fine with you.๐Ÿ˜€ Did you notice the strange title of today’s post. “Loving the unlovable”๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Easy love

It is comparatively easy to love our own family members and friends. We do so much for them but when it comes to loving some who are not so lovable, we find it very hard to love.

For example, you realise that someone speaks bad about you behind your back. Do you feel like loving this kind of person?๐Ÿค” No way.๐Ÿ˜ก

On the contrary we might be tempted to spill ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ out all the wrong things that person did to others, as a vengeance for spreading wrong about us.

Scripture quote

Matthew 5:44 TPT However, I say to you, love your enemy, bless the one who curses you, do something wonderful for the one who hates you, and respond to the very ones who persecute you by praying for them.

Strange commandment

Jesus Christ said to his disciples, “Love your enemy.” ๐Ÿ˜ฒ I know, you know this since you have read your Bible. But this is surprising to those who haven’t read it. As far as I know, “love your enemy” is not written anywhere else apart from Bible. Someone please correct me if I am wrong about this.๐Ÿ™

Description of enemy

Enemy come in different shapes and sizes. The enemy may arise from within the family, friends, relations, neighbours or anyone else. Is it possible to count the total number of enemies? It’s not possible because enemies can come in the garb of a friend. ๐Ÿ˜ฐ

But Jesus Christ gave a very difficult commandment to his disciples. So, what do I do to obey this commandment.๐Ÿค”

Another quote

Romans 12:20 and Proverbs 25:21-22 TPT And: If your enemy is hungry, buy him lunch! Win him over with kindness. For your surprising generosity will awaken his conscience, and God will reward you with favor.

Practice of love

Apostle Paul wrote a quote from proverbs. It tells about practical tips to love your enemy. Feed your enemy.

Weird thought

It sounds so weird. Do you think your enemy will eat what you offer him to eat? Looks impossible.

So how can all this happen? In simple words, Jesus is saying that you should not have even a single enemy. ๐Ÿ˜† I am not joking. People may consider you as their worst enemy but you don’t recognise your enemy as your enemy. You don’t consider anyone as your enemy. ๐Ÿค”

This is Possible

Does this sound logical? ๐Ÿ˜ฐ That’s what it means. How is it possible to love enemy? You love everyone with equal intensity then you won’t have enemies. You feed everyone who is hungry and inadvertently you may feed your own enemy as well.

Hurray, you have obeyed the commandment of the Lord. Praise God. Hallelujah.๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Sending you with lots of love and encouragement. God bless you dear friend for your valuable time.

Shalom. Be with peace with everyone.๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
