Psalm 116:15 NASBS
Precious in the sight of the LORD Is the death of His godly ones.
Today is the most saddest day of my life. My grandmother left this world today morning. I was very close to my granny. We all her children, grandchildren and relatives have great fond memories of our beloved grandma.
She was a short lady yet lived a long life. She was very strong woman and backbone of my grandfather. Her departure has left a vacuum within our hearts.
1 Thessalonians 4:13 NASBS
But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no hope.
At the same time, Our grief is mingled with joy. Our grandma is going to join our grandpa who is in glory since last 20 years. They must have been very happy to see each other. They may have hugged Jesus Christ together.
They are enjoying the heavenly delicacies. They are enjoying the fellowship with Jesus Christ and heavenly Father.
1 Thessalonians 4:16 NASBS
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
There is a great hope for all of us that one day we are going to see our grandma and grandpa.
1 Thessalonians 4:18 NASBS
Therefore comfort one another with these words.
Today we are comforted by the words of God. We are bereaved due to the loss of our beloved grandma but at the same time we are rejoicing in the fact that she is at home with the Lord Jesus Christ in glory. Please join with me to rejoice in the fact that my grandma is promoted to glory.
Thanks for reading.

Amen š. My grandmother was a simple lady. But had good faith in God. Thanks for the comparison, although she has had her own weaknesses. But God still used her spite of her shortcomings. She was a tiny little miracle. A beautiful woman. Thanks for your valuable kind words for my grandmother. I am so grateful to you. Blessings to you.

We all have weaknesses. I’m sure Lois did too because she was human. God tells us that He is made stronger in our weaknesses. I know watching my own grandmother deal with so many hardships made a huge impact on how I admired her.

Your grandparents are now much better off than they were in this life.
My great-great-aunt died in the last few months. And my great-grandmother (not related to the great-great-aunt) died last year.
