A sneeze produces a cloud of water droplets. This cloud is made up of approximately 3000 microdroplets. These can spread put 6 feet away. When these droplets dry, it settles down as dust. This dust becomes airborne during floor sweep. This is most commonly possible in hospital settings. This is best avoided by wet mopping. An innocent sneeze is a potential channel of disease transmission.
