Don’t take COVID-19 lightly!

I am sure that my earlier post must have given you glimpses of the perils of the doctors working on COVID-19 duties.

Today I want to my experience at the COVID-19 ward. This particular ward housed mild to moderate cases of COVID-19.

Many of these patients were able to maintain their oxygen levels without external supply. Which is a sign of  recovery. These patients have had pneumonia, now they are stable.

However, there were some who required continuous supply of oxygen. These are the patients who are still suffering from the pneumonia. The moment their oxygen supply taken off, their blood oxygen dwindles immediately.

The recovered ones were planning to go home in another few days. While the ones not showing signs of recovery were uncertain about their discharge from the hospital.

They were eager to know their progress. I could sense fear and apprehension on their faces. I feel helpless at times, as at times we don’t have absolute control over the situation.

Dear friends, there are rumours going around that COVID-19 is hoax. That’s a lie. I have witnessed the truth. COVID-19 is real and serious matter. It has killed many people. It is still killing millions.

Don’t think COVID-19 is something to be taken lightly. Be careful. Follow the protocol issued by the health department. Be at home, be safe.

No island is safer!

Source

It is said that no man is an island. We need need other people to survive. We can’t survive in isolation.

In COVID-19 pandemic season, the virus has been penetrating in to various parts of the world. It was thought that sea may serve as a barrier to the spread of virus.

Islands were considered safe to prevent occurance of COVID-19. However, in a recent report it was noticed that this virus has affected the islanders.

A particular tribe of Andaman and Nicobar Island who have only 50 people, 10 were found to be infected with this virus.

It is quite a serious matter when the tribe has so few surviving. We need desperate prayers so that the Lord will have mercy and preserve a remanent for himself.

Isaiah 1:9 (CJB): If Adonai-Tzva’ot had not left us
a tiny, tiny remnant,
we would have become like S’dom,
we would have resembled ‘Amora.

Be safe. Stay safe. 💓

A blessing to the world!

Who doesn’t want to be blessed? We all want to be blessed without exception! Day and night we covet blessings of God. We visit religious places to bring blessings to our family.

The definition of blessing differs from person to person. But most will agree with me that blessings mean to be happy! A blessed person is a happy person.

Unhappiness is perceived as a lack of blessing. We blame our bad luck when things aren’t going well. We blame everyone for bad things happen to us. Yes, sometimes bad things happen because of wrong doings of our own species.

Don’t always run after worldly blessings! They don’t bring total lasting satisfaction.

Bible blogger 😃

Can we go beyond that? Can we look for blessing others around us? How can we achieve this? Are we in the place of God to bless others? I am afraid, the answer is no! We are not God!

Genesis 12:2 (CJB): I will make of you a great nation, I will bless you, and I will make your name great; and you are to be a blessing.

I love the story of Abraham in the Holy Bible. God spoke with Abraham like a friend. He tested Abraham intensively. When he passed the test, God blessed him with a promise.

He said, “I am going to bless you.” He also added, “I am going to make you a blessing.” Which one is the bigger blessing? I believe that second one is bigger than the previous one. God blesses everyone, but he makes only few as a blessing.

Don’t be only happy to be blessed! Tell God that you want to be a blessing to others.

Bible blogger 😇

Dear friends, we are not here only to receive blessings upon blessings. We are here to pass and distribute the blessings we receive to others. Has anyone lately told you how much he felt blessed by associating with you?

God blesses everyone but he chooses only few to a blessing to others. You be the one!

Bible blogger 😇🙏

God wants to touch the world through you. You have to be the channel for God’s favour and blessings to flow to the world. God is not coming to bless but to judge everyone. You here to help others to know the truth.

Be blessed in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh. Halleluyah 🙌

I passed the test: My report is negative!

ज्याला देव तारी, त्याला कोन मारी? Whom God saves, who can kill?

Old Marathi proverb.

This is my mom’s most favourite saying. She is a firm believer in Yeshua Messaih. She would always say that when God is for you then no one can be against you.

Dear friends, yesterday I reported about my brush with SARS-CoV-2. In that post I mentioned that I was waiting for my COVID-19 test results. They told me that it would be available in one and half day.

To my surprise, today morning I received a message on my cell phone. My doctor friend saw my sample and decided to notify me. The message read, “Your sample was tested last night. It is negative.” I was extremely happy. I was so thankful to my Lord and my doctor friend as well.

I testify that I had believed from the bottom of my heart that I am negative. But, I had to get myself tested because of the on the insistence of my Boss.

My family was little bit worried about the results. The last 24 hours have been like 24 days. They were quite afraid. But, I was enjoying my time. I got an opportunity to spend my time with my daughter. 🤠

Romans 8:31 (CJB): What, then, are we to say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

The moment my negative report arrived, I immediately informed my wife. She burst out, “Praise God.” My boss said, “very good. I am happy for you.”

I told him that I had a green signal from my God that I am okay. I believed it before my results were ready. My daughter was happy about the results. At the same time, she was sad. She thought that I would be with her for some more days.

I had told my wife. Don’t worry, my God is able to make positive report into negative. Nothing is impossible to God. My Yeshua is alive 🙌.

I want to say thank you to all my friends who prayed for me and for this test to become negative. I salute your friendship. I deeply appreciate your prayers. Be blessed in Yeshua Messaih’s name. ✋

Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh (ה-ו-ה-י)!!!

God revealed himself to him (Moses) and told him his own personal Name. That Name in Hebrew consists of the four letters Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh (ה-ו-ה-י) and is therefore called the tetragrammaton (four-letter writing).

Complete Jewish Bible

This is a description of the Hebrew name of God in the original language of the Bible. It’s very difficult to pronounce as people out of reverence for God, didn’t utter his name. Over a period of time, they lost the exact pronounciation.

Exodus 34:6 (CJB): Adonai passed before him and proclaimed: “YUD-HEH-VAV-HEH!!! Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh [Adonai] is God, merciful and compassionate, slow to anger, rich in grace and truth;

They do recite Adonai in the places where this tetragrammaton appears. This is translated as the LORD in English. I hope this information is helpful to you.

Please do share your thoughts on this!

Medicine according to Yeshua

Health worker

Matthew 9:11–12 (CJB): When the P’rushim saw this, they said to his talmidim, “Why does your rabbi eat with tax-collectors and sinners?”
12 But Yeshua heard the question and answered, “The ones who need a doctor aren’t the healthy but the sick.

The religious leaders at the time of Yeshua objected to his association with certain classes of people. They asked his talmidim (disciples) about him eating with sinners and tax collectors. These guys were snubbed by the religious leaders (Pharasees).

Yeshua, taught them his divine medicine lessons. In the physical realm only sick need a doctor, similarly in the spiritual realm the spiritually sick need a spiritual doctor, this is what he taught them.

The take home message is that those who have physical ailments need worldy doctor. The spiritually sick people would need a spiritual doctor.

Who could be their spiritual doctor?

SourceDoctor Dies, Covid +ve, Allegedly Turned Away By 3 Bengaluru Hospitals

https://www.ndtv.com/karnataka-news/bengaluru-covid-doctor-turned-away-by-hospitals-over-ve-report-dies-2267683

COVID-19 has converted the hospitals into battlegrounds and doctors as warriors and saviours. The warriors are putting up great fight to save the victims from the invisible enemy.

The enemy is quite strong and subtle. Any breach in the defence will provide advantage to the virus. It will not miss the opportunity to maximize this breach. The doctors are working and at times overworked.

The long hours of work and stressful situations make them vulnerable. They spend long time with the infectious people. On many occasions, the doctors have become infected by the virus they were busy fighting against.

What kind of treatment do the doctors get when they become victims. Today’s news shows that the doctors who are saviours are treated very badly by their own health system. The hospitals turned the sick doctor away because he didn’t have COVID-19 test results.

The doctor was ultimately hospitalized, however it was too late. He lost his fight against the virus. This has happened to many other doctors and patients as well. I hope that this won’t happen again and again. We don’t want to lose our best warriors.

Dear friends, please say a prayer for the doctors and hospitals to have enough room for everyone who need treatment. May God has mercy on the victims and heal them.

I bless you in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh. 🤗🙏

Orphaned by the pandemic!

Hi! How are your elderly parents doing? My mom and dad are well and I am very thankful for this. Their well being is always a good news for me.

Parents health is always a great blessing. They have done so much for us. It’s very painful to see them sickbed. I know that you will do everything to make sure that they are hale and hearty.

Parents sickness is always a source of great misery. It’s very difficult to see them suffering. Their healthful days will always mesmorize your mind. Their illness can cause lot emotional turmoil.

Can you imagine someone loosing both parents at once? It’s just horrible for me to even think of it for few seconds. God forbid that something like this should happen to my beloved parents, then the world would crumble beneath my feet.

Few days ago, I received bad news from my friend. His wife called up and said that her husband lost his mother to COVID-19. I was very sad. Next day she called me say that her husband’s dad is being shifted to hospital for he needs ventilator. He was a COVID-19 patient.

After few days later, she said that her husband’s father is no more. I was extremely saddened by this loss. I was speechless. I was struggling for words. I didn’t know how to comfort my friend.

COVID-19 has been disastrous for so many families. I feel so sorry for all those who have seen their loved ones snatched away by this pandemic.

The last words of my friend were, “I am lost.” He was feeling that he lost the whole world after loosing his parents. I could feel his pain. I could feel his tears. He is a resident of middle east, but I felt his anguish right where I live.

I could only quote to him one scripture which God showed me. I quote from the Holy Bible……

Psalm 27:10 (CJB): Even though my father and mother have left me,
Adonai will care for me.

I could only say this, I know that no-one can replace what you have lost. Your loss is great, but this is the promise of God to you. He will take care of you when your parents are no longer available to take care of you.

My friend was all in tears. He was comforted by the”Words of God.” I was happy that I could help him to certain extent. God bless and comfort my friend.

Dear friend, if you are going through moments of loneliness, kindly consider above scripture quote. It will bring peace, joy, and blessings to your disturbed lonely heart.

Blessings to you 🙏 in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh 🤗 shalom 🕊️

Coronavirus mythbuster: Part 1

Source

Coronavirus virus was first detected in the Wuhan city in the Hubei province of China. Now it has spread across the globe.

Myth 1: Biological weapon

The coronavirus pandemic was studded with lots of myths and rumours. The most and foremost was the legend that the virus is a biological weapon.

This is thoroughly argued across by the scientific community in the world. It is believed that it’s unlikely to be a biological weapon.

Myth 2: Covid-19 caused by bacteria.

The another myth is that COVID-19 is caused by bacteria and not virus. This is not true. It’s a viral infection no antibiotics can cure COVID-19. However, a victim of COVID-19 can develop bacterial infection as a complication, which needs to be treated with an antibiotic.

Myth 3: facemask increase CO² and decrease O²

Prolonged use of mask can cause CO² intoxication or reduced oxygen levels. This is a myth. The facemask doesn’t increase CO² not reduces oxygen levels.

Myth 4: Alcohol consumption kills the virus

Another myth is that alcohol consumption will kill the coronavirus. This is not true. Alcohol consumption can’t kill the virus.

Myth 5: Thermal scanners detect COVID-19

Thermal scanners can detect COVID-19 is a myth. Thermal scanners can only identify a person suffering from fever. Fever is one of the symptom of COVID-19.

Myth 6: adding pepper prevents COVID-19

Adding pepper can prevent or cure coronavirus infection. This is a myth. Pepper doesn’t prevent coronavirus infection.

Myth 7: houseflies transmits coronavirus

Another myth is about the role of houseflies. Many people think that houseflies are responsible for the transmission of coronavirus. Till now, there’s no evidence that houseflies transmit this virus.

Thanks for reading. Please know the facts and reject the myths and rumours.

I bless you in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh.

How many hours can you work continuously? I think many people would answer between 6 to 8 hours. But, this has changed. The Health care workers are working for almost 10 to 12 hours continuously.

Why do they do it? Oh yeah, it’s the need of the hour. The coronavirus pandemic has forced everyone to get to their job for extended periods.

There’s very little chance to avoid it. The extent of this pandemic has demanded more from the health care providers. The cases are rising on daily basis.

The Emergency Management Technician (EMT) are working very hard to attend to every emergency call. They dash to the residence of the victims, get them to the emergency. Immediately, second call is already knocking.

The doctors are working continuously. The nurses are providing care without a gap. This working pattern is causing burn out of the health care providers.

They have to take some break. They aren’t machines. They need recovery time. They need to freshen up. They need rejuvenation. They need homely atmosphere.

But, they can’t go home. They might take the virus along with them. They have to hang around at the make shift arrangements. It could be hotel or something like that.

We need lots of support for our doctors, nurses, EMTs, and others likewise. Many doctors have lost their lives to COVID-19. While caring for the victims, they forgot about their own health.

They made their own safety second priority over their duties. How can we repay them?  Can we pay them money! No, money can’t recompense for their precious lives. These warriors need our prayers. They need our support. They deserve our appreciation.

Dear God, take away this pandemic so that our health care providers can take a long break. In the name of Yeshua Meshiakh I pray.

Love wins against Covid-19!

Source: CNN

Who said that Covid-19 is the winner. Covid-19 is the looser. It was defeated by two love birds.

This is a story of Betty and Curtis Tarpley just published on twitter account of CNN. This love story touched my heart.

After 53 long years of married life spent together, they both contracted coronavirus.

Betty was hospitalized on June 9 and Curtis on 11th, as reported by their son.  Tim Tarpley, the son of this couple had no idea how they contracted this infection. They were in isolation from March.

Curtis was in ICU. Once he was doing well, they would wheel him to be with Betty at a different unit. After sometime, Betty’s condition deteriorated.

Curtis was informed about this, immediately his oxygen levels began to dwindle. Blake Throne, one of the ICU nurse decided to get them together side by side.

It was a difficult task, but they finally managed it. Curtis and Betty were totally weakened by their sickness. However, at last time Blake informed Curtis that Betty was next to him.

He looked at her and his eyebrows went up. Blake placed Betty’s hand on his arm. Both love birds communicated without words.

In the next 20 min Betty died and after 45 min Curtis died. Covid-19 could not kill their love and bond between these two lovers. They departed together on June 18. This story is extracted from Twitter account of CNN. Full credit to CNN for sharing this story.

God bless you.

Hi dear friend. Thanks for hanging out there in this difficult time. I know what exactly you feel at this point.

You are going through terrible time. You are heartbroken to see so many people suffering from this disease. You feel helpless when patient is dying. You want to save their lives but you can’t.

Patients are pouring in and you have not enough room to accommodate them. You are overwhelmed by what is happening. You wished for the clock to run background directionand it’s not possible.

I know the fears you go through! You are afraid that you might get yourself infected with this virus. You are very much aware of the complications which can kill you. Yet, you don’t give up!

You hold on to your determination and dedication. You are not the type who will run away from the battleground. You are going to fight against this virus till very end.

We know that one day we will defeat you coronavirus. The frontliners will never give up. They might get wounded or killed. That doesn’t stop other frontliners. They will carry on with this fight.

You provide the best care for the affected with lots of love and affection. Your care and compassion is well appreciated. You are our real life heroes. You are the winners. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You remind me of the old Hindi patriotic song.

होंगे कामयाब, होंगे कामयाब हम होंगे कामयाब एक दिन हो, हो, मन में है विश्वास पूरा है विश्वास हम होंगे कामयाब एक दिन

Read the the rest of the poem here.

It means, “We shall overcome, we shall overcome, we shall overcome one day. We do believe, we have full faith, we shall overcome one day.

This is a powerful poem penned by Girijakumar Mathur. I salute you my dear frontliners and the poet.

I bless you in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh.

Medical profession was considered as the noblest profession above every other. Unfortunately, it’s no longer enjoys the same status.

Doctors are targeted for their failures. They are criticized at every instance of errors. The world forgets that doctors too are humans.

Doctors invest huge amount of money, time, and energy to get trained. They have tosacrifice so much to achieve their goal to become a medical professional.

In India, thehe doctors spend 5½ years in the medical school to graduate. Another 3 years for post graduate specialization. Another 2 years for super specialization.

The doctors are considered villains because he charges fees. Don’t you think other professionals also charge for their services. What’s wrong with this? How a doctor is supposed to earn his living if doesn’t charge his clients?

Now days patients wait for the slightest of doctor’s mistakes to bash him up. They hurl abuses and punches at them. The one who benefits attacks the benefactor. What kind of justice is this?

Dear friends, please help the doctors to give their best services to their clients. Let’s appreciate their valuable contribution to the health of the society. Just be little kind and respectful, this is what we expect. Thanks for reading this post. Thanks for your valuable support.

From a doctor’s heart 💔

Masked men: the new way of life

Credit: geralt@pixabay.com

During my medical school days, facemask was a part of operation theatre apparel. Even the intensivist at ICU would adorn a facemask.

Facemask would never be worn in the public unless it was medically necessary. The cancer patients would be required to wear a facemask to prevent infections.

The coronavirus pandemic has pushed everyone to wear it all the time. Facemask in the public wasn’t adviced in the initial phase of the pandemic.

As the pandemic began to spread across the nations then the countries began to issue the public advisory for compulsory facemask.

Some people aren’t serious about its correct usage. When facemask is used, it must cover mouth as well as nose. Often people cover mouth and leave nose open.

The facemask should not be touched by your hands. It looses it’s protective property after 3-4 hours. It has to be replaced with fresh one after that period.

If it becomes wet with sweat or water, then it needs to be replaced.

It has to be safely disposed. It is an infectious material for other humans. It needs to be taken care during its storage and final disposition.

Matthew 15:11 (CJB): “What makes a person unclean is not what goes into his mouth; rather, what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him unclean!”

The Holy Bible talks about the spiritual uncleanliness caused by our words (breath). If our mouth is used for wrong purposes it can bring uncleanliness.

Similarly, the breath containing virus can cause the Covid-19 sickness. Be careful to keep it covered so that we can prevent harm to self and others.

Bless you in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh.

PPE: The new armour

Credit:fotoshopstofs@pixabay.com

Fighting Covid-19 is nothing less than a real war zone. You can’t hit the battlefield without requisite armour. In the battlefield there’s always risk to the lives of soldiers.

Each soldier’s life counts. Even a minor lapse on the part of the soldier can jeopardize his life. Similarly in the fight against the Covid-19, meticulous attention to detail is necessary.

Every health worker involved in providing care to the victims of Covid-19 must adorn himself/herself with the personal protective equipment (PPE).

The PPE consists of head covering, goggles, face shield, facemask, gown, leggings, gloves, etc. Each piece protects the specific body area.

There’s a specific sequence to wear the PPE and also the sequence to disrobe it. Any errors committed during the disrobing process can expose the health worker to this deadly virus.

Dear co-health worker, I implore you not to be complacent with regards to the consistent use of the PPE. It’s so important for the health and safety of your well being. We need you. We can’t afford to lose you.

Ephesians 6:11 (CJB): Use all the armor and weaponry that God provides, so that you will be able to stand against the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.

This reminds me of the spiritual armour mentioned in the Holy Bible. We need to be consistent with the spiritual armour so that we can resist the enemy and withstand his attacks.

Dear God, thank you very much for the spiritual and physical (PPE) armour that protects us from the invisible enemy. Protect us Lord from these I pray in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh.

Pre and Post lockdown life!

Ramdlon@pixabay.com

After coronavirus pandemic, life has totally changed. Life came to halt immediately after the lockdown was adopted by the most of the world.

People couldn’t move out of their houses. Many people felt isolated and lonely. It was quite scary to encounter empty roads.

Lockdown was one of the strangest thing happened on the planet Earth. No one had thought that one day everything is going to come to stand still.

We started lockdown on 22 March in the region where I reside. We had to face some difficult time. We had tough time to buy our daily necessities. Fortunately, we had purchased some essential items on the previous evening.

Very soon people began to feel the desperation. People started to demand government to supply the essentials.

Throughout those days, I missed the pre lockdown days. We were planning to fly to USA to attend my graduation ceremony. We were planning to spend great time touring US. Our plans were smashed by the sudden appearance of this pandemic.

Our Visa appointments were cancelled. It was a great disappointment for me and my family. We used to travel to another state to chill out for few days. We couldn’t do that either. We were confined to the four walls of our appartment.

My daughter misses her outings, school, etc. We don’t know when this pandemic will end. Things are still difficult.

Being the doctors, I and my wife was never under lockdown. We were always out at our respective work place holding our posts. The other unessential services were home for long time.

Do you miss those old days of complete freedom? I miss those days when I went to meet my fellowship group members to attend the sunday service. We are eagerly waiting for the coronavirus pandemic to disappear from the earth.

Dear God, grant us the victory over this virus very soon. We need our freedom back. We promise to be good folk. We ask in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh. Amen 🙏

No RIP for Covid-19 victims

1 John 4:20 (CJB): If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar. For if a person does not love his brother, whom he has seen, then he cannot love God, whom he has not seen.

RIP

Covid-19 pandemic has caused immense loss of life. At the end of 26 June 2020 as many as 484 249 individuals lost their lives. It’s so hard and painful to witness so much loss of previous souls.

What a great painful experience for the breaved to watch their beloved lost to this scourge. This untimely death is a great shocker for all of us.

We are loosing many diseased due to non availability of a definitive treatment and an effective vaccine. Amazingly, 4865562 individuals have survived this infection due to their own immune system.

Once an individual succumbs to severe form of Covid-19, there is a set protocol need to be followed for the final rites to put the deceased to rest.

Every individual has his/her dignity while alive or even after death. However, Covid-19 has changed everything. The coronavirus patient is denied his dignity while alive and more so being denied peaceful final rites as well.

Recently one individual who died due to coronavirus wasn’t allowed to be cremated in his own locality. He had to be cremated at a distant location because of opposition from his own local fellows.

What is this? Is it justified action? Why are we not allowing his remains to be put to rest peacefully. I have no answers to these questions. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one of us. I leave it to my readers to figure out the answers to these fundamental questions.

Dear God, open our eyes to see the dignity of human life. You have made us in your own image. Help us not to abandon individuals who are losing their battle against Covid-19. Help us to put them to rest with all dignity and respect. I pray in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh.

Iatrophobia: at new heights

You must wondering about the meaning of iatrophobia. It means abnormal and irrational fear of doctors and hospitals.

Iatrophobia

Many people do have the fear of doctors. I was afraid of doctors when I was small. In India a doctor wouldn’t be considered a great unless he/she gives an injection shot.

I used to be terrified to visit hospitals out of the fear of injections. My parents wouldn’t be satisfied unless doctor injects the medicine.

The coronavirus pandemic has escalated this phobia. People have begun to discriminate and stigmatize doctors because of coronavirus.

I have heard that some doctors weren’t allowed to enter into their own appartment out of the fear of they might transmit this virus.

Some doctors were abused verbally for engaging in shopping for their basic necessities.

Don’t you think doctors are humans and they also have basic human rights. How in the world the one who is engaged in saving lives of coronavirus victims supposed to survive if he is ostracized.

Think about it. I don’t support them because I a doctor, but this isn’t done. We need to appreciate doctors as they risk their lives to care for the victims of this pandemic.

Please support, care, and encourage doctors of this world. If you can’t appreciate, then at least don’t hate them or trouble them. This is my humble request to all those who will read this post.

Blessings in the name of Yeshua Meshiakh.

H. Pylori: an acid loving bacteria

Helicobacter pylori is a microorganism which can survive an acidic environment in the human stomach.

Notorious bacteria

This bacteria has developed the ability to survive the acidic environment where most of them would be destroyed.

The majority of human are already infected with h pylori bacteria and they don’t have any health problems associated with this infection.

However, certain percentage of people who have h pylori bacteria will suffer from some health issues.

Some might develop some abdominal bloating, pain, indigestion, burning sensation. The infected person might develop mild gastritis (swelling) to severe ulceration (mucosal damage). In some miniscule percentage, it might cause cancer.

There is unknown as how a person gets infected with this bacterium. It is believed that this bacteria is acquired from a person who is already harbouring it.

It is mostly a foodborne disease.

It can be treated with the help of antibiotics.

So, don’t be stressed with the sophisticated name of h pylori. It’s quite common disease affecting millions. It is curable.

Take care. Yeshua Meshiakh bless you. Jai Hind 🇮🇳. शुभ रात्रि (goodnight)

Protect those innocent eyes.

Matthew 5:28 (CJB): But I tell you that a man who even looks at a woman with the purpose of lusting after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Have you ever been flashed with porn while you were online? Yes, I have stumbled upon such stuff couple of times.

Protect innocent eyes

The porn industry is a powerful lobby. It has penetrated into every nook and corner of the world.

Pornography has a sinister schema to entice a person to watch it again and again.

It appeals to the most basic Instinct of sexual desire created by the creator. It’s a powerful desire we are born with. It’s great asset to a married couples.

Habitual watching of the pornography can cause porn addiction. It’s an abnormal behaviour which needs treatment and correction. It does ruin many aspects of life.

It can ruin healthy sexual life, marriage, education, career, and many other important things.

Can anyone ban it? No! It’s being produced at an alarming rate and distributed at much larger scale.

We need to protect the next generation from the traps of the pornography addiction. The eyes of a young child aren’t tuned to discard such enticement. They might get hooked to such stuff.

They might keep it secret matter until someday it’s discovered when it’s too late. We need to be very alert to keep us safe from such sinister attacks. What do you think about this topic?

Dear God, save us and our children from this attacks. I pray in the mighty name of Yeshua Meshiakh.

Jai Hind 🇮🇳

What parents do for their children?

Matthew 15:4 (CJB): For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother,’ and ‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.’

We just culminated father’s day. Do we honour our father only one day? Absolutely no! We need to honour and love them everyday.

What do our parents do for us. They do lots. They raise the children with great difficulty and inconveniences.

The baby is so much helpless in the initial few years. In our country, during the first six months after delivery of baby, the women folk live with their parents.

It’s a good time for mom as her parents can take care of their daughter and baby. However, the father misses all the small baby care. By the time baby is back, it’s 6 months old.

I have a daughter, I didn’t allow my wife to go to in-laws. I could watch over my daughter, how she has grown from a tiny little baby girl to a teenager.

I don’t have a son, but my daughter is miniature me. She looks alike. You can say that she is exact representation of me, only difference is that she is female.

Dear friends, can you share some memories of your parents? I would love to hear your own stories.

With love. I bless in Yeshua Messaih’s name.

Jai Hind 🇮🇳

Covid-19 positive is the new diagnosis

Six months ago, we never new a disease called as Covid-19. Now it’s a global phenomenon. It has spread to every nation in the world.

This pandemic is growing at rapid pace. Many people are aquiring this infection unknowingly. Fortunately, with the efforts of the doctors and the government, the case detection rate is reasonably good.

The people who are tested positive without symptoms are labelled as Covid-19 positive. These are the people who have virus, however aren’t manifesting any symptoms.

These people need to isolate themselves from others till they become free from this virus. It takes a while for the body to eliminate this virus from the system.

Till then, it’s better to stay away from your family, friends, and co-workers. There is lots of apprehension associated with this disease. The presence of strong immunity will not allow it to escalate into serious disease.

However, presence of other comorbid conditions such as diabetes mellitus, heart disease, etc makes a person more vulnerable to critical condition.

So, if you happen to become positive, please don’t freak out. Just calm down. Eat well, sleep well, follow doctors advice. The virus will die down. Pray more.

Take care dear friends. Please do comment if you like it.

In your service. Shalom and blessings to you in the name of Yeshua Messaih.

A strong bonding

Which is the strongest and longest relationship? I feel the most strongest relationship is bond between parents and children.

A strong bonding moment.

Isaiah 49:15 (CJB): Can a woman forget her child at the breast,
not show pity on the child from her womb?
Even if these were to forget,
I would not forget you.

Look at the attached image file. It shows the chemical reactions following a kiss from mother. It releases the great hormone oxytocin. It’s a wonderful chemical which produces feelings of attachment.

Who invented this hormone. Well, definitely it’s not any human lab that produced it. It’s definitely produced by the creator God.

You might argue about the evolution of human species. Okay, but it’s very difficult to believe that this kind of genious came into existence on its own.

Anyways, let’s not argue about it. The point I am trying to make is this, a small kiss of the mother produces such profound effect. We can extrapolate this reactions to other relationships.

We have to hug our own dear ones. Don’t wait for them to hug you. You have to be intentional to be the first to hug them. We are loosing this bonding over the years.

Rediscover this feelings dear friend. Rekindle the oxytocin surge by hugs and kisses in your loved ones.

God of the Bible encourages us to do it. God relates to us in terms of human relationships. So, that we can understand God’s dealings with us.

Bless you in the name of Yeshua Messaih.

Namaste 🙏 world

Titus 3:15 (CJB): All who are with me send you greetings. Give our greetings to our friends in the faith.
Grace be with you all.

Namaste 🙏 India and namaste 🙏 world.

Namaste 🙏 is an Indian way of salutation. We are proud of this. It is a humble way of greeting people.

It has greater meaning than just a way of salutation. As per the Indian cultural belief system, it is an acknowledgement that I am saluting God within a person.

As per the Indian religious philosophy, God is all encompassing being. He is omnipresent and he is within each person. That’s the reason why in India, Naman is prostration to that creator God.

Namaste is derived from the Naman, which is to stoop down to worship God.

The messianic worldview has a different view in this regard. God does abide within a person only after that person invites God in the person of Yeshua Messaih (Jesus Christ).

This person who has accepted the gospel of Yeshua Messaih (Jesus Christ) has now indwelling abode of God of the Bible.

These two differing opinions converge on one aspect that God is the sovereign creator of mankind and we need to honour and salute each other.

Now, coronavirus pandemic has forced us all to shift to namaste 🙏 to keep the virus at bay. So practice namaste for whatever reason you would like do it.

Bottom line is that, keep social distancing to keep yourself safe from Covid-19.

Stay home. Be safe.

In the name of Yeshua Messaih.

Viral facts you should know!

https://www.pexels.com/photo/concept-of-covid-19-in-red-background-4031867

https://www.pexels.com/video/coronavirus-4157282

A virus is something between living and non-living. It is an organic submicropic material. It has capabilities to invade a host.  It enters the body cells and replicates into many copies of itself.

These copies begin to be shed from the host to external environment. In the external environment the virus remains infectious for certain period of time.

Once it comes in contact with the new host, once again it can repeat its replication process.

In the body of host, the replication process can be halted by antiviral agents and the other primary defence is antibodies. The antibodies produced can destroy the virus.

The problem with the SARS-COV2 is that it’s a novel virus. No one has encountered it in the past. It’s very infectious. It triggers cascade of chemical reactions in the body which leads to various complications.

Mainly, the most vulnerable group for coronavirus deaths are elderly and those who have existing health conditions.

There is no cure nor vaccine for Covid-19. We can protect ourselves against it by following social distancing, wearing a mask, and frequent hand washing.

So having correct knowledge of this disease will help us to protect ourselves against the attack.

We shouldn’t be afraid of it, however at the same time we can’t be complacent as well.

My prayer is for everyone who is suffering from this disease. I pray for comfort to all those who have lost a family member during the pandemic.

God bless you for reading though. In the name of Yeshua Meshiakh. Amen 🙏

Prayer for the leaders.

1 Timothy 2:1–2 (CJB): First of all, then, I counsel that petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings be made for all human beings,
2 including kings and all in positions of prominence; so that we may lead quiet and peaceful lives, being godly and upright in everything.

Today the world is becoming very different place to live peacefully. We are witnessing pandemics, natural calamities, and looming wars.

These events are not only overwhelming to general public but also to the concerned leadership. The country leaders are going through very challenging moments. Some of these things are happening at a great scale.

They need our prayer support. We need to lift them up in our daily prayers. They need great wisdom. Only God can give wisdom and knowledge to the leaders.

Would you join me in praying for our respective country leaders.

Dear God, grant our leaders grace and wisdom to choose restrain and exercise peaceful options. Dear God, grant them all good health and fitness they need to remain calm and carry forward their duties to maintain the sovereignty of our nation.

In the name of Yeshua the Messaih.

Imperfect relationships.

Matthew 6:12 (CJB): Forgive us what we have done wrong,
as we too have forgiven those who have wronged us.

We are surrounded by so many people. We enjoy relationships with our family. We enjoy our first few months in our mothers womb. That’s the most wonderful relationship. That’s the first relationship we know.

As we are born then our father is father in reality. Then our siblings come along. The near and far relations come see the newborn.

As we grow, we make friends. Then one particular friendship grows into deeper relationship. That may grow into marital relationship.

Then come kids. Then we realise that none of these relationships were perfect. They don’t have to be perfect. These relationships are purely based on understanding. They need to be worked on.

Forgiveness of each other is the cornerstone. Forgiveness is not at all easy. But, requires lot of sacrifice in terms of to let your ego go.

Did you allow forgiveness to be the first priority in your relationships?

Why do suicide?

Exodus 20:13 (CJB): “Do not murde

Recently we witnessed lots of suicides committed by famous and popular people.

It’s wrong to judge them. We don’t know what led them to take such drastic steps.

Is life so difficult to make such wrong choices? Is suicide the only option to choose?

Suicides is committed by good people. That person never deserved such end.

The mystery is why do people do this? Why do people can’t find one reason to live their lives?

I think that, as human beings we are always on a quest to find the purpose and meaning of life. When we fail to find the answers to these fundamental questions then the person makes this choice.

Medically speaking, suicidal thoughts is an indication of severe depression. It is a treatable cause of death.

What do you feel about it?

*Karuna* in times of corona

Matthew 5:6–7 (CJB): 7  “How blessed are those who show mercy!
for they will be shown mercy.

Coronavirus pandemic has caused greater loss in terms of human life, economic loss, etc. Another type of loss I have noticed is the loss of mercy.

We are loosing the Karuna. Karuna is the Indian word for mercy. I have seen how people behave with people who might have developed coronavirus infection. The family members, the neighbors, and community would view them as a nuisance.

May God grant us the serenity to accept these people with more grace and mercy. May the Almighty God touch them and heal them. May the Lord Yeshua rid this world of this plague of coronavirus.

May the “Karuna” return back to all of us.

Have a blessed day_Nitin

Is anything wrong with human heart?

Human heart is the most important organ and without it we can’t survive.

The quick facts about the heart will help you to appreciate our hearts. The size of a human heart is as large as a fist. ✊ It weighs approximately between 230-340 grams. It beats 100000 times a day.

Adult heart beats at 60-80 beats per minute. Newborn’s heart beats between 70-190 beats per minute. Heart pumps 5.7 litres of blood throughout the body. Source Heart disease is the number 1 killer around the world. (WHO)

Similarly we have another invisible heart. That’s the seat of our emotions. We think with our minds but act according to our hearts. We hear the frequent phrase, “listen to your heart.” This heart is actually our own inner voice.

Genesis 6:5 NASBS
Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

God can see this invisible heart with his invisible eyes. God can read our thoughts and intentions of our hearts loudly before we utter or act upon them. God can search hearts.

Matthew 15:19 NASBS
For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders.

Our hearts can be filled with these things. God doesn’t want these things in our hearts. He wants to cleanse our hearts.

Ezekiel 36:26 NASBS
Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

God wants to change our hearts. He wants to remove the hardness and give us a sensible and responsible new heart. A Heart that will respond to God.

Jesus’s heart was rent to bring healing to our troubled hearts. May the Lord help us to bring the desired changes to our hearts. Make us people after his own heart.

1 Samuel 13:14 NASBS
The LORD has sought out for Himself a man after His own heart,

Be blessed.

What can escalate arguments?

Why am I not able to get over arguments? How can I deescalate arguments?

These are the most important questions for which we need answers. Have you ever faced arguments? How did you manage the arguing people? Please share your experiences.

Yes, we all get into arguments at different times with different people. We can’t always get away with arguments. How do we deal with it?

Proverbs 15:1 TPT
Respond gently when you are confronted and you’ll defuse the rage of another. Responding with sharp, cutting words will only make it worse. Don’t you know that being angry can ruin the testimony of even the wisest of men?

I have been guilty of using sharp words when I am angry. Whenever we are angry and irritated, we tend to utter very sharp words with intention to prove our point.

When the opposite person is equally angry then that person looses his ability to understand any clarifications given. The best policy is to cool down yourself.

Allow that person to went out all anger. Wait for him to cool down. Don’t utter anything. Maintain your calm pose. You will soon realise that that person will return back to ask pardon.

Dear friend, are you one of those who like to use sharp words? Please learn from my mistakes. Please be careful with the choice of your words. Use gentle words and you will be able to kill the argument and not the arguer.

Be blessed.

Hey Paul, what’s your denomination? 🤔

Before I came into faith I knew only one meaning of “the denomination.” The currency denomination. Then gradually I learnt that there are thousands of religious denominations.

Denominations exist in most of the religions of the world. I was wondering about the total number of denominations exist in Christendom, and boy it’s a staggering number.

I have noticed that people have strong sentiments associated with their own denomination. I was raised in a Bible believing denomination.

Very soon I realised that there is some disliking among the members of different denomination. I was trained to win arguments with a member of another denomination.

Gradually I understood that this is a greatest folly that I followed for a long time. I began to mingle with other denominations. I could relate to them, although we disagreed about some minor issues.

Today I feel pity on some people who are trained to boast about their denomination. I am equally guilty of being proud of my own denomination.

As I was thinking about all this and suddenly a thought flashed through my mind! What was the denomination of apostle Paul? I searched for the answer. Here it is!👇

Philippians 3:5 KJVS
Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;

Before trusting Jesus, Paul was a devout Jew, and was an elite member of a demonstration of Jews called as “Pharisee.”

Once he trusted Jesus in a miraculous way, he forsook that denomination. In fact he was excommunicated from his denomination. He had to fight the various wrong teachings prevalent in the first century church.

Galatians 6:14 NASBS
But may it never be that I would boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

Paul was a non-denominational apostle, he never boasted about his own denomination or achievements. He learnt to boast only in the “cross” of Jesus Christ. It’s the place of greatest victory for any person who believes.

Dear friend, I have a question for you! Which denomination did Jesus Christ founded? Please give your feedback.

Please share your thoughts. Push like if you agree. You can give your negative comments as well. Please share it if you think it’s worthwhile.

Be blessed.

Have you heard of spiritual freedom?

We (Indians) celebrated our independence day on 15th August. It’s a great reminder of the end of British Raj (foreign rule). It marked the beginning of an independent sovereign India (Bharat). Our freedom fighters achieved this freedom through great non-violent struggle.

It’s a day to salute our freedom fighters. It’s a day to remember their great sacrifices. It’s a day of celebration of our freedom. It’s my favourite holiday.

Today, we are free to travel anywhere and everywhere without any fear. We are a sovereign nation. The reigns of the country are back with our own political leadership.

John 8:36 TPT
So if the Son sets you free from sin, then become a true son and be unquestionably free!

As I was wondering about the freedom from the slavery of foreign rulers, I remembered this wonderful scripture quote from the Holy Bible.

Jesus spoke about a different kind of freedom. It’s a spiritual freedom. It’s a deliverance from the slavery of sin! Yes, sin is a powerful ruler.

Sinful nature makes a person do evil things. For example, a man full of lust will commit sexual immorality. An angry person will get into arguments.

Jesus spoke about this freedom. He offered it to his own people (Jews) a freedom from sin. Unfortunately, they couldn’t understand this spiritual truth.

They hated Jesus and choose to remain in the slavery of sin. I personally have tasted this spiritual freedom. God convicted me of my sins. He opened my eyes to see my wrongdoings.

One day he helped me to believe in Jesus Christ. I understood the spiritual implications of sacrificial death of Jesus. Today I have complete peace in my heart. Jesus Christ broke the power of sin over my life. Today I am enjoying my country’s independence and spiritual freedom as well.

Be blessed.

Are you shining your light?🕯️

Hi dear friend!👋I have a puzzle for you!🙋‍♂️ Please answer my question.🙏Can you please identify the insect in the picture?🧐Here you are! 👇

Copyright to me.This is a beautiful insect which appears during the monsoon season in our country. In the dark pitch night, these insects spread across, look like stars in the sky. They have become so less due to rampant urbanization and we don’t see them so frequently. I saw one some days ago. I was thrilled to see that insect. It was lonely. When I was a little boy, I used to catch them. Once, I thought that I would have that insect as my pet. They are very sensitive. It died after few hours of captivity. This insect reminded me of this scripture quote!👇

Matthew 5:16 KJVS
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Jesus Christ commanded his own disciples to shine the light they had received. The light he referred was to the spiritual truth which was imparted to them by their faith in Jesus.Dear friend, how are you shining your light? Is it shining in such a way that people are able to see goodness of God in you? Or are they sad to see all darkness? We are called to be the light of the world. Ask Jesus Christ, the light of the world to supply his oil to keep you burning as a lamp.Be blessed.✋Shalom 🕊️Like, share, and comment.

What happens when “Go” is joined to “disable”?

https://www.attitudeisaltitude.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Life-Without-Limits-HC.jpg

I was listening to Nick Vujicic. He is a dynamic person. He is a very popular motivational speaker. He is invited all over the world. Thousands have heard him speak and have received great inspiration.

He was born with severe disability. He has no hands and very small size legs. He even thought of ending his own life at the age of ten. He found a new life and a great purpose when he learnt about Jesus.

He asked God to give him a miracle. He asked God to give him arms and legs. He got discouraged because when he didn’t get answer to his prayer. God showed him that when you don’t get a miracle God can make you a miracle for someone else.

Today millions of people are touched by Nick and his ministry. He has a ministry called life without limbs. He realised one thing right from the beginning that when you put “go” in front of “disable”, it becomes “God is able.” Today God has blessed Nick. He is making great use of Nick to touch thousands of people.

Dear friend, you might be someone who need to add “Go” to your “disability.” It will make your disability into “God is ability.” Trust him and he will make you a blessing to others.

Be blessed.

Should one have a beautiful mouth👄 with ugly words? 🤬🤔

http://www.pixabay.com

As usual I was driving to work. I always stop if someone asks for lift. I was stopped by an elderly couple. They requested me to drop them at a certain place.

While dropping this couple, I committed a minor mistake. I didn’t realise that a beautiful lady rider was just behind my car. I was in a hurry, so I stopped my car in the middle of the road. It was a terrible mistake.

Because of this sudden break of my car, the beautiful woman had to press her breaks instantly. This caused this beautiful woman to be upset.

Immediately this beautiful pretty face turned into an angry face. She gave me a stare and I could see her lips cursing me. I felt so piety for this woman.

James 3:9-10 TPT
We use our tongue to praise God our Father and then turn around and curse a person who was made in his very image! [10] Out of the same mouth we pour out words of praise one minute and curses the next. My brothers and sister, this should never be!

I am not blaming this woman. She must have been in an emergency situation. She must have been in some kind of stress. Maybe I would have done same thing.

Today’s scripture reading discourages us from cursing others. We are not permitted to use our foul language towards fellow human beings who are made in the image of God.

http://www.pixabay.com

Dear friend, please listen to me. Ask Jesus Christ for help. He will help you to use your mouth for greater purposes. You can bless God and people alike.

Be blessed in Jesus name.

Did you ever thought about me? This is a billion dollars question! We are upset when we don’t get enough attention from people who matter most.We love thoughtful people. We appreciate thoughtful gifts. Have you been thinking about someone else? This happens when we love someone immensely.Concern for our loved ones makes our minds to think about them. We plan great surprises for them. This is an expression of our love and care.

Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Lets look at the above scripture quote. It opens God’s heart and mind. It shows that God is a thinking God. He has been thinking of you and me.He has some beautiful plans for our lives. He has plans to give us peace, future, and hope.As I continue to believe in Jesus Christ my Lord, these thoughts of God become more realistic to me.Dear friend, God is very much thinking about you. What’s wrong with being a spiritual bankrupt?

In the world there are rich who have huge bank balance and on the other hand there are rich who are bankrupt.

No one likes to be a bankrupt, everyone loves a great bank balance. That’s why we work so hard to increase our bank balance.

God’s kingdom rules always boggles my mind. Read this!

Matthew 5:3 TPT
“What wealth is offered to you when you feel your spiritual poverty! For there is no charge to enter the realm of heaven’s kingdom.

It speaks about the realisation of spiritual poverty. It is as though a person comes to God and expresses his spiritual bankruptcy.

What does this mean to us? It simply means that if you want to experience total bliss, God says to return to him accepting your spiritual bankruptcy. Acknowledge that you need more spiritual wealth.

Accept that you need divine mercy to understand and appreciate spiritual truths. Unless God gives us supernatural revelations we won’t understand his spiritual dimensions.

Therefore, in God’s kingdom a spiritually bankrupt receives spiritual wealth. If, someone fails to feel his own spiritual bankruptcy will miss the spiritual wealth promised by God.

Lets humble ourselves and go to him to fill us with his spiritual wealth and health.

Happy friendship day!

Friends are very important people in life. Today I received lots of friendship day greetings. I was delighted to see some of these greetings from my good friends with whom I didn’t catch up for very long time.

I was little sad for not being in touch with some very good friends. Some how we moved so far away that we lost touch. I don’t even know where they have settled.

The life has always been surprising to me, I have lost old friends and made new ones.

John 15:15 TPT
I have never called you ‘servants,’ because a master doesn’t confide in his servants, and servants don’t always understand what the master is doing. But I call you my most intimate friends, for I reveal to you everything that I’ve heard from my Father.

Jesus Christ was a great friend for his own disciples. He said that he never treated them like his servants. He said that the servants are unaware of what master is doing, but you are my friends. I have revealed what father is doing.

Dear friend, do you need a great friend for lifetime? Why don’t you consider Jesus. He has been my friend since the day I trusted him. He has never betrayed me.

Are you afraid?

Fear is something we are born with. We can’t get rid of it completely. It’s a protective mechanism placed within us by the creator God.

Fear is fine when it is reasonable. Fear of unknown is unfounded. Fear is always lurking around in our hearts and minds.

Luke 12:32 NASBS
Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom.

Disciples of Jesus Christ weren’t free from fear. They were fearful even when Jesus Christ was with them. The most commonest reason for their fear was lack of faith.

Jesus Christ rebuked their unbelief. He always encouraged them to have faith in him and God the Father.

In today’s scripture quote, there’s a wonderful truth unravelled. Heavenly Father has graciously chosen us to have part in the realm of His spiritual kingdom.

Dear friend, listen to me. Your faith can help you to overcome your fears. Jesus Christ is always with you as he was with his disciples. He is not going to leave alone even for 1 millisecond.

What you do when your plans fail?

Today I had great plans for my day. I was planning to complete some of the very important tasks at my work place.

All my plans for today were completely destroyed by sudden sickness. I couldn’t attend my duties. I had to spend most of my day in bed.

Now I am recuperating. Now, I am ready to go back to my office tomorrow morning and begin my tasks. I just couldn’t help it when I was confined to my sick bed.

Proverbs 19:21 NASBS
Many plans are in a man’s heart, But the counsel of the LORD will stand.

Today’s scripture quote brought great encouragement to me. It was a frustrating moment when my plans failed.

The best thing about it was, even though my plans failed but God’s plans will surely succeed. God allows sickness in our lives because he wants us to teach some lessons.

I hope that I will understand God’s purposes through this experience.

Be blessed in Jesus name.

What is the secret of fullness of joy?

Human joy is never permanent. Our joy depends on our circumstances. Something great happens then we rejoice and next moment our joy is over.

How can we have joy that will never fades? A joy that will never cease. A joy that is full. Is there a place where we can discover such an extraordinary joy.

Sadly, there’s no such place on this earth! Even if it exists then once we reach there, it will be a sad place.

Psalm 16:11 NASBS
You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.

In today’s scripture quote, the Psalmist revealed a secret to achieve fullness of joy. He says that in the presence of God exists fullness of joy.

I have personally experienced this fullness of joy when I discovered the love of Christ in my life. It has brought to my heart great joy of knowing that he loves me more than myself.

Dear friend, what’s the secret of your fullness of your joy. Please share it if you feel free.

Whom are you yoked with?

We don’t prefer to be tied to someone else! We rather be totally independent of everyone.

Our children want to be independent of us. They are forever seeking to be free from the rules of right and wrong.

Our society wants to be free from the rules and regulations which curb their freedom.

Our students want to be free from rules that restrict their freedom.

Matthew 11:29-30 KJVS
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Jesus Christ said that in life we have to carry some yoke. You have to join someone. You are not made to live a solitary life.

The rules and regulations are made for our safety. Everyone who follows traffic rules will reach home in one piece, otherwise will reach emergency room with multiple bruises.

Dear friend, Jesus is calling us to have a partnership with him. He is interested in helping you to carry your yoke. He is offering an exchange. He says that lets exchange yokes.

He will help you to carry your yoke with his partnership and in return he is asking for your fellowship and friendship.

His your yoke is convenient, manageable and light. The exact meaning of yoke is his commandments. They are easy to practice if we pair with him.

Dear friend, whatever may be the size of your burden, ask Jesus for help. He is always willing to lighten your load. You will carry forward your yoke with much ease.

Do you engage in friendly argument?

When was the last time you engaged in discussion with your friends? Friends, are a unique group of people. They can engage in discussion which can go on for many hours!

Friends can also get into arguments! Friends can also get into verbal fights. When I was young boy, I have engaged even in physical fights with my friends.

All these things would never destroy true friendship. These arguments definitely help us to build our capabilities and improve our skills.

Proverbs 27:17 NASBS
Iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens another.

Today’s scripture reading emphasizes same idea. Iron when rubbed against an iron will result in sharpening one another.

In same way, friends can also sharpen each other when they rub each other through healthy discussions and arguments.

John 15:13 NASBS
Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.

Jesus Christ laid down his life for his disciples. He is a great friend. He can sharpen you. He can change you and make you shine. So go to Jesus Christ and engage in arguments.

Is there any hope for poor, broken, and homeless?

http://www.pixabay.com

Whom should the poor cry out to? They cry out to the rich, but there is no assurance that they will receive required help.

Whom does a broken hearted person share his feelings? He might try sharing with his family or friends. There’s no guarantee that he will be understood.

Where is the home for a homeless person? Homeless person is homeless because he lost his home or he was thrown out of his own home. Where can he find home?

Psalm 102:17 TPT
He responds to the prayer of the poor and broken and will not despise the cry of the homeless.

God has a great concern for such people. He is listening to their cry.

He will provide help to the poor. He will heal the brokenhearted. He will give a home to the homeless.

Praise be to the name of the Lord!

Have you seen Father in your God?

http://www.pixabay.com

w

Father always signifies the sense of security. When you walk with your father, then you are not afraid of anything else.

Father’s are very sensitive to the needs of his own children. He goes out of the way to help and provide for his own children.

Psalm 118:5 TPT
Out of my deep anguish and pain, I prayed, and God, you helped me as a father. You came to my rescue and broke open the way into a beautiful and broad place.

Father is someone who will rise from his deep sleep to give water for his thirsty child. Father is the one who holds his baby in his bosom.

In today’s scripture reading, the psalm writer was comparing the care and compassion of earthly father with the heavenly Father.

The psalmist cried to his heavenly Father and received help when he was in dire need. Dear friend, listen to my advice. Take your problems to the Lord and He will definitely answer you as your own father.

Are you ready for death?

Suppose, you discover the exact time, date, and place of your death! This is totally hypothetical. Don’t get stressed about it!

One day will be our last day of life…..bible blogger

If this was true, what will you do? Please allow me to describe my own course of action. I will begin counting the number of my last days.

I would love to pay all my bills and clear all my dues. I would like to do lots of shopping for my family. I will try to spend as much time as possible with my family.

I would love to go on holidays. Till the end, I would love to pray to God for extending my life by a few days or months.

Psalm 90:12 TPT
Help us to remember that our days are numbered, and help us to interpret our lives correctly. Set your wisdom deeply in our hearts so that we may accept your correction.

Today’s scripture reminds us to remember that we are not going to be here forever. One day will be our last day of life. Then we will be gone.

There’s a great need to set things right. Settle your account with God and men. Accept correction before it’s too late. The biggest problem is that we assume that we will never die. It is always wise to be ready for Death.

God bless you with long life

Will you be there for me? 🤔

I will always be there for you! This is what you promised, but when I was in need, you were nowhere! These are common statements.

We are determined to be next to our loved ones in their good and bad times. However, some other thing becomes more important and we are unavailable to them.

Romans 8:31 TPT
So, what does all this mean? If God has determined to stand with us, tell me, who then could ever stand against us?

Today’s Scripture is making it clear that God has determined to stand with you. You are not alone. He is with you. You don’t worry.

The God who has made everything is with you then who can be against you? The answer is no one. God will cause everyone to be at peace with you. So, trust in Him and rest in Him.

God bless you.

Are you teachable?

Image courtesy of geralt @ http://www.pixabay. com

Learning isn’t a passive process! To be able to Learn we should participate actively.

Effective learning involves engagement between the two groups, namely teachers and students. A healthy teacher-student interaction is necessary for efficient learning. The teacher should be able to teach and the student must be teachable.

Proverbs 12:1 TPT
To learn the truth you must long to be teachable, or you can despise correction and remain ignorant.

Today’s Scripture is admonishing us to be teachable. To learn important truths of a godly life, we must have a strong desire to be taught.

Teachability is embedded in humbleness. If we feel that we know everything then no one can teach us. However, if we approach learning with an open mind will help us to progress towards more enlightenment.

Teachers also need to remain teachable. There are no teachers who know everything. They need to learn themselves before teaching others.

God bless you.

A prayer for your heart.

Can our hearts become dirty? No! The physical impurities can’t reach our hearts from outside since it is secured by a strong rib cage.

Any impurities in the blood vessels of the heart lead to a heart attack. Similarly, the heart can be full of dirty and sinful thoughts.

Matthew 15:19 TPT
You will find living within an impure heart evil ideas, murderous thoughts, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, lies, and slander.

King David was a powerful person. One day he committed adultery. He was exposed by prophet Nathan. He was filled with a guilty conscience, he wrote the following.

Psalm 51:10 TPT
Create a new, clean heart within me. Fill me with pure thoughts and holy desires, ready to please you.

He wanted God to purify his impure heart. He was a miserable failure. He wanted to renew his broken fellowship with his God.

Dear friend, are you going through some guilty feeling? Have you failed in some areas of your life? Don’t worry. Get on your knees and confess. Your Lord is waiting for you and He will forgive and heal you.

He will give you a new and pure Heart. You will become like king David “a person after God’s own heart.”

You are forgiven to forgive.

Is it easy to forgive? No not. When was the last time you forgave someone? If you ask me, I don’t remember!😒

Do you think that the person who hurt you so bad deserves forgiveness? No! But, let’s change the table. If you were in the place of that person who you. Would you like to be forgiven?

Haha! Now, you would love to be forgiven, am I right?🤷 The truth is that we love to be forgiven but we don’t like to forgive others.

Today I was tested beyond my control. One man was arguing with me about a certain decision I had taken. He was abusive. I dealt with him calmly and patiently. I gave him the reason for that decision making. He was convinced, pacified and we exchanged goodies and phone numbers as well.😄👍

Do you think I should forgive him? 😎

Ephesians 4:32 TPT
But instead, be kind and affectionate toward one another. Has God graciously forgiven you? Then graciously forgive one another in the depths of Christ’s love.

Today’s Scripture encourages me to forgive. I am reminded that God in Christ has forgiven me completely. Similarly, I am expected to forgive.

I have been delivered from unforgiving spirit. We are blessed with the forgiving spirit of God. Be graciously forgiving is a wonderful command of God. Obey it today. 😊✌️

Psalm 119:50 TPT
In all of my affliction, I find great comfort in your promises, for they have kept me alive!

My dear friend, are you going through some trouble? At this time you need someone to comfort you and there is none besides you?

Don’t get disheartened. Today’s scripture quote is totally applicable to you. This line was written by a poet who was in a similar situation.

That person had no one to share his feelings. At that point, the words of the Lord brought great comfort to his restlessness heart.

Listen to my advice. Go to the Lord, ask him to comfort you. Open the word and soon you will find great comfort flowing through your own life.

Have a great blessed comforting today.

Kingdom rule: Curses will turn into blessings

http://www.pixabay.com

Insult in any form is always humiliating. What do you do when you are cursed or insulted? You can retaliate by backfiring. Or you decide to walk away because the person is too strong. Or you can choose to bless in return!

1 Peter 4:14 TPT
If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are greatly blessed, because the Spirit of glory and power, who is the Spirit of God, rests upon you.

In today’s reading, Peter reminds about God’s kingdom rules. The world hates being insulted. The kingdom rule says you are blessed when you are insulted for your faith. What! Yes, it’s a fact.

The insults due to faith in Jesus is visible proof that you are anointed by the Spirit of God. It means you are blessed by God to suffer on His behalf.

Dear friend, are you despised because of your faith? Then, don’t be disheartened. It’s the best moment to rejoice. Claim this promise for your life.

Thank you for everything.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 TPT
And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus.

It’s quite easy to be thankful when things are going well but, it very difficult to be thankful when things go wrong.

It’s quite natural to feel this way. We don’t expect things to go wrong. But, we know that life is full of uncertainties. One moment may bring happiness, and next moment something bad can happen.

Today’s scripture reading encourages us to have a thankful heart. It lays emphasis on being thankful for everything.

Everything includes all things. It includes good as well as bad things. It means that when things go wrong, don’t lose your thankfulness.

So, be thankful for today and for everything you are going through at this moment. This is the perfect will of God for you in Christ Jesus.

Oasis of my life.

http://www.pixabay.com

Problems seems to haunt us again and again. As we deal with one problem, suddenly the second one pops up. This vicious cycle takes its toll. We begin to show signs and symptoms of fatigued.

What do you do in such situations?

Matthew 11:28 TPT
“Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Then come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis.

The above statement was made by Jesus when He was on the earth. He found everyone weary, exhausted, and heavy laden.

He was quite concerned about their situations. It wasn’t so much about their physical loads, it was their mental overload. It was overwhelming them.

He invited them to come to him. He said that He will give them rest. Here is the mention of Oasis. For a person who has been through harsh desert will know the importance of Oasis.

Jesus said that if you come to me by faith then you will have a Oasis kind of refreshment to your soul.

Today Jesus isn’t physically visible to human eyes. Today it’s a great spiritual invitation. As a God, He is everywhere. You need faith to feel His presence.

May Jesus, meet your deepest spiritual needs. May your soul be strengthened again by The Oasis of Jesus.

God bless you.

Like Father, like son/daughter

http://www.pixabay.com

We all inherit some features from our parents. We can easily identify parents based on the looks of children. The facial or bodily features of children distinctly resembles their parents.

I have inherited my looks from my parents. Some from my father and mother. My voice sounds exactly like my father’s voice. Over phone no one can distinguish between our voices.

Amazingly when my daughter was born, I was so thrilled to see my likeness in her tiny little face. How does all this happens? This is all due to genes. Genes are God’s creation.

Luke 6:36
Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.

Today’s scripture is encouraging us to be like our Father. Which father? Oh, this doesn’t refer to our Father at home. It refers to our heavenly Father.

Heavenly Father is ocean of mercy. His mercies never go dry. They are renewd every morning. He is merciful to all without any partiality.

He makes His Sun ⛅ shine on everyone. He causes rainfall in all areas. He takes care of everyone whether they believe or don’t believe in Him.

Dear friend, claim this promise for you today. We have a choice to either imitate our worldly father or heavenly Father. May the almighty God help you to follow Him in all your dealings with others.

God bless you.

Belated Happy Father’s day. 😊🙋‍♂️

I will answer you before you call.

http://www.pixabay.com

Is there anyone who can hear you? Yeah, we often feel unheard. Everyone seems to be so busy that they don’t have any time for us.

Maybe I need to raise my voice so that I heard. But, this might cause them to think that I am a crazy man!

Isaiah 65:24 TPT
Before they even call out to me, I will answer them; before they’ve finished telling me what they need, I’ll have already heard.

Today’s scripture reading is a great encouragement. It reveals God’s omniscient nature. He knows everything.

God has promised that He will answer our prayers before we pray. He will hear our prayers before we finish praying. Can you comprehend the depth of this spiritual truth?

Dear friend, what are you stressed about? Don’t worry. God is able to answer you before you call. He is able to hear before you finish praying.

Do you believe?

Stop🛑 attacks on doctors 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

The wise decision

http://www.pixabay.com

Life is a sum total of all the decisions we make everyday. We decide on everything, right from the time we are awake at the dawn till we go to bed at night.

We usually don’t like anyone else to decide on our behalf. Even, my little daughter doesn’t like it when we try to push our choices.

But when big decisions are to be made we don’t rely on our own opinions. We definitely consult an expert. For example, when someone has to make decisions with regards to treatment of cancer. We go by the decision of doctors. Ultimately, patient makes an informed choice for the treatment.

Proverbs 3:5 TPT
Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make.

In today’s scripture the author is encouraging his audience. Here is an emphasis on the need to rely upon God for decisions we make. Certain events are beyond human resources, and God knows the future.

For example, if we ask doctor to give the exact time for cancer patient’s survival? The doctor can give the best estimate for the survival. But, eventually He says that only God knows the exact time.

Dear friend, are you confused about tough decisions. Learn to rely completely upon the Lord. He will guide you in all your decision making. In the end, you will have peace when you make right decisions.

God bless you.

Stop worrying and start believing.

http://www.pixabay.com

Imagine, one day you come home and find your child sitting in a corner, anxious and worried. The child is overwhelming worried about the future. What would be your reaction?

If you ask me, I would break into tears. I would give a big hug to my child and give her reassurance. I would encourage my child not to worry.

If you do a deep introspection, you will discover that we also harbour lots of worries and anxieties. If we were allowed, we would have gone into our closet and cried out loud.

1 Peter 5:7 TPT
Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you.

Today’s scripture comes as a rescue operation. God as a father has sent this message of reassurance for you.

He is inviting you to pour each and every anxiety and worry on Him. He is like the great shock absorber. Even the strongest jerk won’t affect Him. Similarly, even biggest problem doesn’t surprise Him.

God is desirous that we should live a carefree life like Him. God takes care of entire universe yet without a trace of worry. He has solutions for each problem. He tenderly cares for you. He has solutions for your problems too.

In fact, He knows the answer before problem crops. Dear friend, what is your biggest worry for today? Listen to me, just cast it at the feet of the Lord. I am doing same for my worries. And, you will experience a great change.

Hide and seek

http://www.pixabay.com

Did you ever played “Hide and seek.?” It’s my daughter’s favourite game. She is very happy to play this game with me. She is extremely excited when I can’t find her. She is sad if I find her too quickly.

She is very happy to discover my hiding place. She is extremely sad and afraid if she can’t find me. Loosing me is her dreaded nightmare. Even for me, staying away from my daughter is the most fearful thought.

Jeremiah 29:13 NASBS
You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

In today’s scripture quote we read God talking with his people. He was was sort of hidden from his own because of their disobedience. His people were also kind of upset with their God for not answering their prayers.

God says to his own that ultimately one day you will return to me. You will seek me from your heart and at that point you will find me.

Dear friend, what is bothering you at this moment? Speak it out to the the Lord, may be he will hear you if you seek his intervention from your heart.

A selfless prayer

http://www.pixabay.com

I am disgusted with my selfishness. Selfishness to certain extent is necessary. I find an obsession to fulfill my own needs. Day and night I am only concerned about my family’s needs.

Often, we are preoccupied with self and own families. This causes us to forget outside world. This is so true with praying.

As a child I was taught to pray for blessings. I prayed thousand times, “God to bless me and my family.” God blessed me much more than I deserve.

And, even today I am asking for more blessings. I hardly prayed for others. During my prayer time, it appeared as though the world seem to have disappeared. This is selfish prayer.

1 Timothy 2:1 KJVS
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men.

In today’s scripture reading Paul encouraged young Timothy to pray. He distinguished various kinds of prayers. In the end it says to pray for “All men.” This is a universal prayer for all.

I need to learn to pray for everyone, regardless of their religious affiliation, caste, creed, profesion, colour, or whatever.

Today I pray for God’s choicest blessings upon you my dear friend. May the God of peace shine his face on you and fill you with peace.

Spiritual enlightenment

http://www.pixabay.com

Human vision is less adapted to darkness. In simple words, we are almost blind in the darkness.

This isn’t true about the animals. For them night is bright but with little less light. They can see everything so clearly. Animals can kill a prey without any problems during the night.

To overcome this problem, we have devised lamps. A little light makes everything visible to human eyes.

Psalm 119:105 KJVS
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Today’s scripture speaks about lamp and path. It’s an allegory to spiritual dimension. A physical lamp lightens a pathway in darkness.

Similarly the words of God enlightens us to walk a spiritual path in a world full of spiritual darkness. We need God’s words to overcome spiritual ignorance prevalent in human heart.

May the Good Lord shine forth the spiritual torch light of enlightenment throughout your life.

With lots of blessings.

A great reason for rejoicing

http://www.pixabay.com

Most people don’t believe in evil spirits. It’s difficult to believe that they exist as they aren’t visible to human eyes.

Jesus Christ authorised his disciples to cast away evil spirits from the possessed. The disciples were excited with their authority over these spirits.

Luke 10:20 NASBS
Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.”

Jesus Christ instantly corrected them by reminding about the greatest reason for rejoicing. He said that authority over the evil spirits is not the ultimate thing.

The greatest reason for you to rejoice is that your names are registered in the books of heaven. This doesn’t sound realistic to many, however to the person who has faith, it means a lot.

May the good Lord fill your day with great rejoicing.

😊🙋‍♂️

Incomparable-Omniscient

http://www.pixabay.com

No one in this world knows everything. I would love to know everything! That’s the great task of scientific researchers. They are always on quest of discoveries.

Predicting future isn’t possible with human intelligence. We can speculate many things, but we can’t be sure of it.

I admire astrophysicist, they are capable to predict eclipses, comets visits, etc. But, we aren’t sure of the exact events in the future.

Isaiah 46:10 TPT
I declare from the beginning how it will end and foretell from the start what has not yet happened. I decree that my purpose will stand, and I will fulfill my every plan.

Today’s scripture reading is extracted from the book of Isaiah. These words doesn’t apply to Isaiah the prophet. He wasn’t omniscient by any chance. He was a common man like us.

These words are most aptly apply to eternal God. Only God knows the end before the beginning. He can predict future accurately before the events unfold.

No one can alter God’s plans. This is the amazing supernatural intelligence of God.

Preach in full expression.

http://www.pixabay.com

Do you enjoy preaching? I relish it, when it comes straight from the preachers heart to my heart.

When it originates from preachers mind then it becomes boring. If preaching isn’t handled well, it puts me off to sleep.

2 Timothy 4:2 TPT
proclaim the Word of God and stand upon it no matter what! Rise to the occasion and preach when it is convenient and when it is not. Preach in the full expression of the Holy Spirit-with wisdom and patience as you instruct and teach the people.

Today’s scripture quote is addressed to the preachers community. Paul the apostle gave these guidelines to the younger Preacher, Mr Timothy.

Timothy is instructed to preach in season and out of season. To depend upon the provisions of the Holy Spirit. Give the whole council of God with patience. To be the teacher of God’s precious words.

May the good Lord bless and keep you.

😊

He is my everything!

We truly realise the importance of our dear ones once they are gone. We took them for granted when they were around. Once they are no more, we miss them so much.

Can anyone replace our lost family members. No one. No other human being can provide same affection of the lost family members.

Psalm 68:5 TPT
To the fatherless he is a father. To the widow he is a champion friend. To the lonely he gives a family. To the prisoners he leads into prosperity until they sing for joy. This is our Holy God in his Holy Place!

Today’s scripture reading provides great words of encouragement. The Psalmist understood that God is the only one who can provide affections of father, friend, and family.

Dear friend, whom are you missing today? The Lord understands your feelings. He wants to meet your deepest needs.

May the God of glory be with you and your family.

With love. 🥰

The lesser known way of life

Each one of us have our own way of life. There are as many ways to live as many people around the world.

Each one’s way of life is unique. Each life has something special to offer and teach. We all need each other and that’s why we are hanging around.

1 John 4:11 TPT
Delightfully loved ones, if he loved us with such tremendous love, then “loving one another” should be our way of life!

Today’s scripture challenges us to adopt a higher way of life. Living our own way is much easier. The way of life described here is well known to our ancestors. They could love their own and strangers with equal intensity.

Now days loving others isn’t easy. It is becoming more difficult. Loving strangers could land anyone in danger.

However, the Lord expects us to overcome our skepticism and love genuinely.

May the Lord help us to love the way he loved us. He loved us tremendously and unconditionally. No love can match his love.

God bless you.

With lots of love.🥰

Come on! Let’s sing.

Psalm 95:1 TPT
Come on, everyone! Let’s sing for joy to the Lord! Let’s shout our loudest praises to our God who saved us!

Are you a singer by any chance?🤔 I am not a singer, for sure.😊 But everyone is definitely a bathroom singer.😀

When do you sing a song? We usually sing songs when we are in good moods. Perhaps, when we are in a relaxed atmosphere!

It’s very difficult to sing when we are sad. It’s very difficult to sing, when we feel like a looser. It’s impossible to sing when, we loose our loved ones.

Today’s scripture reading is encouraging everyone. It’s giving us an open invitation to sing. It’s actually a call to sing for a supernatural being.

It’s an exhortation to sing a song of praise. It’s a common practice in all faiths to sing some spiritual and praise songs. It uplifts the spirit of the worshipper.

Try signing praise songs when you are sad and low. I believe that this exercise will definitely bring joy to your wounded heart. This formula works better for me. (I am not boasting).

God bless you.

The greatest but rarest form of love

John 15:13 TPT
For the greatest love of all is a love that sacrifices all. And this great love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life for his friends.

There are different degrees of love. Some love with only words, whereas few love with actions. Mere meaningless words isn’t love.

Today’s scripture reading deals with the greatest and rarest form of love. The greatest form of love is the sacrificial love.

The greatest form of love is to give. A true friend will go through inconveniences to prove his friendship. He will endure loss for his own friends sake.

Today, such friendships are rare phenomenon. People have become selfish. They make friends only for personal gain.

Jesus Christ was a friend of sinners. He demonstrated his love by laying down his life for his friends around the World.

Human dishonour and God’s rewards.

Isaiah 61:7 TPT
Because you received a double dose of shame and dishonor, you will inherit a double portion of endless joy and everlasting bliss!

Being insulted is nothing new to us. We may be put to shame. This can happen at any time.

Such incidents cause great pain. We feel heartbroken. What do we do in such situations?

At times we might resort to take revenge by insulting in return. But this is not the final solution.

In today’s scripture quote we read about a great assurance. There’s a mention of a promise. There’s a reward for enduring a difficult situation.

There’s a mention of endless joy and everlasting bliss. God will bless you with indestructible joy and peace.

My faithlessness and God’s faithfulness.

2 Timothy 2:13 TPT
But even if we are faithless, he will still be full of faith, for he never wavers in his faithfulness to us!

I have been faithless on many occasions. I thought that my faithfulness will make God unfaithful to me. But, it never happened like that.

Now I understand that God never works like humans. His ways are totally different.

Today’s scripture reading explains that even if I fall short of my faith, God doesn’t loose his faithfulness. He is always faithful.

Whatever God has promised he will fulfill. He can’t deny himself. He never changes like seasons. He never goes back on his words. He is same yesterday, today, and forever.

Will you be my guide?

Psalm 31:3 KJVS
For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.

To venture into unknown we need a guide. Without a great guide, we can get lost forever. There will be way to return.

Life is a long journey. There are many twists and turns on the way. There’s always possibility of missing the right direction. Today, we use a GPS for navigation.

Even, GPS navigation is fallible. Personally, couple of times I was led to wrong location while using a GPS device.

In today’s scripture reading, the psalm writer was asking God to be his guide. Psalmist was in the need of a guide to lead him in the right direction.

Technically, God created the whole world. He is the best guide you can ever receive. He doesn’t need human GPS. He can never get lost or tired.

Go ahead and ask him to be your guide. He is able to lead you through all the challenges you are going to face today.

What’s the size of your faith?

Matthew 17:20 TPT
He told them, “It was because of your lack of faith. I promise you, if you have faith inside of you no bigger than the size of a small mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move away from here and go over there,’ and you will see it move! There is nothing you couldn’t do!

Does faith have size? Yeah, the scripture says so. People have faith of different sizes. Some have little faith, whereas some have lot of faith.

Today’s scripture quote unleashes the power of God when we have faith of mustard seed size. A tiny little faith can make God move mountains.

Imagine, what would happen if we trust God with faith of big size. Is your growing or waning?

May the Lord increase your faith on daily basis to overcome every challenge that appears like a big mountain.

Remember his promise. He is saying that he will move the mountains if you trust him that he can do it!

The Resurrection Sunday

http://www.pixabay.com

Matthew 28:6 KJVS
He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

Today is the day remembered as the Resurrection Sunday. Most people celebrate it as easter. I prefer Resurrection Sunday.

Jesus after His horrific death was buried. On following Sunday morning He wasn’t found in the place of His burial.

The Angel proclaimed that He rose from death. Death was defeated. He truly died but the grave couldn’t hold him back.

As a God, He had full power to defeat death. The resurrection from the dead is the essence of Christianity.

I wish everyone who celebrates a Blessed Resurrection Sunday.

God bless you for passing by.

The Good Friday.

Good Friday is observed as the day of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The death on the cross was the cruellest and barbaric capital punishment. This kind of death was reserved for most notorious criminals. However, when the governor Pilate examined Jesus Christ for the accusations against Him. He found Jesus Christ innocent. Then why did Jesus Christ was crucified?

The answer was that He died for me and you. He died a substitutionary death. This death saved us. Whoever believes in this substitutionary death will be saved from the penalty of Sin.

This is the good news which converted the horrific Friday into a Good Friday.

John 3:16 TPT

For this is how much God loved the world he gave his one and only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life.

I would love to hear from you. Please post a comment.

Learning Christ

Source

The scripture:

Ephesians 4:20 NKJV
But you have not so learned Christ, ……

The meaning:

Paul was contrasting between the different lifestyles. The lifestyle of a disciple of Christ has to be different. It can’t be contrary to the teachings of Christ.

Application:

The true disciple of Jesus must examine his life in light of the teachings of Christ. Paul reminded his audience that our behaviour must be consistent with the teachings of Christ as written in the Holy Bible.

Do you feel rejected, ignored, and intimidated? Some people make me feel uncomfortable. Some might become uncomfortable because of me. Today, I am comforted by my Lord. He took all my fears away and replaced it with confidence.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 NKJV

Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

Lessons learnt:

Stop causing unnecessary discomfort to others. Let us make others feel comfortable. Let’s work on accepting others. Their shape, size, or color doesn’t matter.

We are vulnerable to the attack of bitterness. Bitterness can disrupt harmonious relationships. Let’s destroy bitterness by being sweet towards all.

Quote:

Hebrews 12:15 TPT

And make sure no one lives with a root of bitterness sprouting within them which will only cause trouble and poison the hearts of many.

Comments:

Bitterness poisons many hearts. Stop bitterness and save hearts.

Blogging tip #11: Write lots when you are angry.

http://www.pixabay.com

Don’t write when you are angry, is the thumb rule. But I feel blogging is a great distraction from the anger. I turn to the blog to cool down my nerves.

Quote:

Proverbs 23:17 TPT

Don’t allow the actions of evil men to cause you to burn with anger. Instead, burn with unrelenting passion as you worship God in holy awe.

My comments:

Don’t allow your anger to make you bitter rather make you a better blogger.

Look up!

What you do when trapped? I felt the same. I was left with only one option. To look up. I did and was filled with heavenly peace.

A quote:

Psalm 121:1 TPT

I look up to the mountains and hills, longing for God’s help. But then I realize that our true help and protection come only from the Lord, our Creator who made the heavens and the earth.

My comment:

Looking up is synonymous with asking for help in trouble.
